We use this information for one purpose: to connect you with a licensed tax resolution firm that may be able to help. We are a marketplace, not a tax resolution provider — a participating firm reviews your information and, if they choose to take your case, contacts you directly.
By submitting the form, you agree that Faireleads and/or the tax resolution firm that accepts your information may contact you by phone, text message, or email — including using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded/artificial voice — about tax relief services, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time using the contact information below or by replying "STOP" to any text message.
Unlike lead lists that get resold to several companies, your information is released to one tax resolution firm — whichever firm claims it first through our marketplace. Once claimed, only that firm receives your full contact details. We also work with the following parties to operate the marketplace and document your consent:
We do not sell your information to data brokers or advertisers, and we do not distribute your contact information to more than one firm.
You are never required to respond to a firm that reaches out, and you can ask to stop being contacted at any time — by replying "STOP" to a text, telling the firm directly, or emailing us at the address below.
Providing your information to a tax resolution firm in exchange for their service may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law. You have the right to opt out of this. To do so, email hello@faireleads.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Information" and the phone number or email you submitted, and we will not release your information to any buyer firm going forward.
We retain your submission and consent record for as long as needed to resolve any dispute about a lead's validity and to comply with recordkeeping obligations under the Telemarketing Sales Rule and similar state laws, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
