1. What this service is

TaxHelpReady (operated by Vantree LLC, "Faireleads") connects people who owe back taxes with independent, licensed tax resolution firms — attorneys, enrolled agents, and CPAs. We are not a law firm, do not provide tax or legal advice, and do not represent you. When you submit the form on this site, your information may be provided to one participating firm, who may contact you directly to offer their services.

2. No cost to you, no guarantee of qualification

There is no charge to submit your information. Submitting the form does not guarantee that a firm will contact you, that you will qualify for tax relief, or any particular outcome with the IRS or a state tax authority. Any firm that contacts you is acting independently — we are not a party to any agreement you may enter with them.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to submit a form through this site.

4. Communications consent

By submitting the form, you consent to be contacted as described in our Privacy Notice, including by phone, text message, or email, potentially using automated dialing or messaging technology. Consent is not required to purchase any product or service.

5. Text messaging terms

If you provide your mobile number and are contacted by text:

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself. Providing false information may result in your submission being rejected or removed from the marketplace.

Submitting the form, or being contacted by a participating firm, does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any advisory relationship with us. Any such relationship, if formed, exists solely between you and the firm you choose to engage.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This service is provided "as is." We do not warrant the qualifications, conduct, or outcomes of any participating firm. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your interaction with a participating firm or from your decision to submit the form.
